Random finds – No Reservations: Techniques

I am not that great at cooking. Although my meals are edible and sometimes respectible, I do lack some of the essential skills that everyone should know. Anthony Bordain’s show No Reservations had a techniques episode which is all on Youtube for your enjoyment. Him and his chef entourage teach how to do some key basic cooking skills that every person who cooks should know. If you’re baller and don’t need to cook, this video doesn’t apply. If you don’t have cable TV like myself, you probably need to cook anyway because you’re too cheap to pay for TV. Now you have no excuse to not watch this episode because its all on Youtube.
